   This advent calendar is perfect. It’s sturdy and will roll up for easy storage to be used for years to come. The pockets are a good size and would fit small toys or candies easily. It looks really nice and I like being able to pick what goodies to put in it.

   We absolutely LOVE this advent calendar! The canvas is nice and thick, the pockets are a great size and the price was right! I plan to use this year after year!

   I do wish it had loops for adding gifts onto it that way but it checked all of the boxes otherwise.

   Highly recommend for the holiday season!

   After getting frustrated with the availability and cost of premade advent calendars that even approached what I was looking for, I decided to make my own. Most reusable calendars (particularly the wooden ones) had incredibly tiny drawers/pockets, which wouldn’t work for what I wanted. Out of the ones of this style, with big enough pockets, this one was the most reasonably priced ($27).

   It’s nothing fancy and clearly mass-produced, but it looks and feels sturdy enough, so I should be able to keep reusing it from year to year, which is what I wanted for the price. The pockets are also very generously sized: I was able to fit 2 teabags and 4 mini candy bars into each pocket, with plenty of room to spare. (In the photo, all pockets are filled except December 1, since we emptied that one this morning.)

   LOVE this. I obsessed over the right advent calendar because I was afraid the pockets would be too small. They are PERFECT for my 4×6 cards. It’s great quality and Amazon is so consistently dependable in getting it to me on time. It’s great!

   Preparing for advent & I really liked the color theme of this advent calendar to go with the rest of our home decor! It is large & sturdy! There is a dowel rod sewn in on the top and bottom of the number pockets. The rows of pockets are not perfectly even, but that isn’t a big deal to me for the price of $25. Excited to use it!
