you will probably benefit from this. It is my go to for an achy lower back. Some Tylenol or Ibuprofen and 30 minutes with the heat and lower massage on and I’m ready to go again. No the pain meds do not work as well alone for me.
I use it every time I sit down in my chair during the day. It has worked so well for me that I ordered one for my sister and my parents.
One thing I did do was wrap it around a pillow. I always need a pillow in the recliner to sit comfortably, so this is not an issue for me.
It does make a vibration sound with the massage on but it is not overly loud or annoying,

This item is a replacement for my Homedics which wore out and I could not find again. The price is significantly higher than the sale price I would pay for the Homedics but I found no other reasonably priced option. I was very pleased with the massage and heating experience of this product. The remote, which my Homedics did not include, makes it very easy and accessible to operate. The only negative is–and the reason I only gave it 4 stars–the massaging action is stronger than is comfortable for me. To adapt, I put a throw between me and the cushion. Time will tell as to how durable it is.

It was a gift for my parents, I did not pay attention to it at first, but after trying it, it really massages and relaxes you, I had a pain in the hip, I used it at medium intensity and with the temperature on and I take it off in two days of using it for 20 minutes daily.
